Newly built, beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and mountains, located at the 4th floor for a total 170 square meters. 40 sqm floor terrace with an enchanting panoramic sea view (the Strait of Messina and Sicily), plus 2 balconies with sea and mountain.
Finely furnished apartment (4 beds, max 6) comprises: entrance, double living room with access to terrace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, utility room and an exclusive parking space in the building + garage. Apartment in quiet, sunny, cool and ventilated ...
There are all the appliances in common use (large fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, television set, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer etc.), Other linen, blankets, towels of various sizes, dishes, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils and accessories as new (used very little).
Rental Period:
• June (1600 € / month all) (otherwise € 500 / per week) - (includes all expenses);
• July (€ 600 / per week) - (includes all expenses);
• August (700 € / week) - (includes all expenses);
CAUTION:
- The prices include all expenses except the final cleaning amounting to € 50.
- The prices are adjusted for a number of people equal to 4. Each additional guest (max 2 people) must pay an additional charge related to the rental period.

CHARACTERISTICS OF PLACE:
The apartment is ideal for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6 ... Consider that the apartment is brand new, very large and beautiful, and especially enjoys a breathtaking view, you see all of Sicily and the coast of the Baltic Tirreno. The porch is about 40 meters and surely will be exploited so much for lunch, dine and enjoy the night view of the Strait of Messina and Sicily across the illuminated ...
In the features related to the locality we can say that 600 meters from the apartment there is a beach very large and thin, there's hardly anyone ever seen that there are no refreshment facilities, so there is certainly raked and cleaned every morning ... about 800 meters are instead a series of public bathing beaches in facilities equipped and well cared for and priced very low: only admission: 1.20 euros, possible deck: 1.80 euros, cot: 2.40 euros .. .
