The following disclaimer and terms of use apply generally to all postings to the Clickz.it site. It is hereby also understood that any person posting to Clickz.it has been presented with this disclaimer and terms of use prior to doing so and, as such, be subject to its terms as indicated below.

CONDITIONS OF USE
You are entirely responsible and liable for all postings to Clickz.it . Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in Clickz.it deleting your postings. You agree not to do any of the following requests while posting an ad to Clickz.it.
* harass, threaten, embarrass or slander any person or entity;
* offend any website or company including Clickz.it itself
* transmit via Clickz.it any information, data, text, files,links, software, chat, communication or other materials ("Content") that Clickz.it considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
* impersonate in Clickz.it any business or person, living or dead, famous or not;
* intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local,state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing Clickz.it or in connection with your use of Clickz.it in any manner.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that you will not upload or transmit any Content to Clickz.it that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party. By submitting Content to Clickz.it you automatically grant or warrant that the owner of such Content has expressly granted Clickz.it the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any Rights that may exist in such Content.

CONTENT
You must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. Clickz.it shall not be responsible for any Content. Clickz.it does not prescreen or monitor all Content as a matter of policy, but Clickz.it shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to remove Content which is deemed in sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement or any rules Clickz.it has in place at the time. Clickz.it may elect at its sole discretion to monitor some, all, or no areas of Clickz.it for adherence to this Agreement or rules.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly agree that use of Clickz.it is at your own risk. Clickz.it shall not be responsible to you for any content found on Clickz.it . Clickz.it expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Clickz.it makes no warranty that Clickz.it will be timely, secure, error free, or meet your requirements; nor does Clickz.it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of Clickz.it or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through Clickz.it . No advice or information, whether oral or written obtained by you from Clickz.it shall create a warranty not expressly made herein. You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of Clickz.it is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer or loss of data that results in the downloads of such content. To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, Clickz.it shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Clickz.it or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained through your use of the Clickz.it classified ads system.

CANCELLATION POLICY
This applies to Recurring payments only.
You may cancel your Clickz.it Recurring Ads service at any time. However, you are still responsible for a full month's payment (so, if your billing period is June 10-July 10 and you've paid for that period and you decide to cancel your renewable service on June 24, you will not receive a refund for the balance of the month).
If you wish to cancel your recurring order, you need to notify us by email (admin@clickz.it) at least 2 business days before the next billing date, so we have enough time to stop your billing.
Removing your ad does not stop your billing.
