The Bed and Breakfast Da Elisa alle Sette Arti is situated in the centre of Lucca, in one of the most beautiful and elegant areas and within the historic city walls of the antique city.
Guests may leave their cars in the public car park underneath the structure or outside of the city walls in a complimentary area that is 100 metres from the B&B.

The B&B is located in a 19th Century Palace: the hall, the reception and the rooms are all decorated in an Art Deco style typical of the antique homes of Lucca.
It is possible to stay in Single, Double, Triple and Quadruple rooms.
Da Elisa alle Sette Arti has 6 rooms with three common bathrooms all equipped with a shower and another four rooms with en-suite bathroom as well as a small apartment nearby.

Accommodation is offered in single, double, triple and quadruple rooms, and you may choose to stay on a bed and breakfast basis should you wish, this is provided by the bar below the building. Da Elisa is what is known in Italy as an 'affitacamere' - you are 'renting' the rooms on a nightly basis as opposed to staying in a hotel, and the rooms are not en-suite. In this case there are three bathrooms, all with shower, for six bedrooms. The house is also provided with a lovely kitchen, to share with the other rooms. There is public payment parking downstairs, or a free parking outside the walls, just 100 metres away.

The building is opposite the church of San Micheletto and is just a two minute walk away from the Orto Botanico (Lucca's botanical garden) and from the famous town walls. Accommodation is offered in single, double and triple rooms, and you may choose to stay on a bed and breakfast basis should you wish - this is provided by the bar below the building.

From Porta Elisa guests can easily reach the town centre through the charming Piazza San Micheletto, where many artistic and musical performances take place, along Villa Bottini, ancient residence of Elisa Baciocchi Napoleon's sister, down through the marvellous Porta San Gervasio, along Via dei Fossi and down to Piazza Santa Maria Bianca, more renowned as Piazza della Colonna Mozza. Entering the reception hall you will feel the charm of Lucca's historic homes. All rooms features 19th century architecture, fine decorations painted on chandeliered ceilings and floors with wonderfully coloured and patterned tiles. The kitchen of the property is fully equipped to allow guests to prepare breakfast or for other needs. The reception is open 24 hours and provides fax service and luggage room. Pets are welcome in the property.

You get the bus just outside the arrivals hall of the airport (buy your tickets beforehand at the ticket kiosk within the arrivals hall). The fare is cheap at about 4€. The bus ride is a scenic, pleasant thirty-minute ride to Piazzale Verdi, which is inside the walls. Reach Lucca By car Driving inside the walls is a headache because of the enormous pedestrian traffic, so park your car and rent a bike. Several bicycle rental locations can be found near the North entrance to the city, Porto Santa Maria. It is not a large city within the walls, so you may find it more enjoyable to simply walk around.
