Single day classes: You can choose between the very popular Introductory class and Advanced class.

Multiple day classes: Gives you an in depth experience of Tuscan Cuisine. We explore complete menus and teach you the finer nuances of the different Italian breads, cheeses and meats.

Weekly Culinary Adventure: This Gastronomical Adventure is our way of giving you an overall experience of the culinary and cultural delights of Tuscany, in a week’s time.
