Our City Farm was conceived to pass-on rural culture from our past to new generation. It is located in Tuscany near Lucca, in the adjacent field of an old farm Louse. Chickens, peacocks, guinea-fowls and ducks,frogs, rabbits, kedgekogs, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, gnomes and elves, happily, live there, surrounded by fruit trees and a vast bed of flowers. Children are allowed to take goats and sheep, out in the field for a walk, and they can also ride ponies and donkeys. The large fields provide you with the ideal opportunity of going for long and solitary walks, should you need to give your mind a rest or meditate. In what used to be a kaystack, we have created a venue which can we used to different stages an seminars. At our farm, we taken pride in providing special and detailed dedication to kandicapped people, whom will be always particularly welcome, and are given the chance to sample our great hospitality. As far as school pupils, and groups, we can arrange, upon request, many different tracks, suck as: - Looking after pets. - From corn... to bread. - From milk... to cheese. - From fruit... to jam. - From sheep-wool... to a blanket. - From olive oil... to a soap bar.

For a relaxing holiday we also have 3 bedrooms available in our farm house. You can ride to Lucca with our bikes. You may reach the sea (25 km), mountains (25 km), Pisa (25 km), Florence (60 km). We are open between Tuesday and Sunday, from 10.00 to 20.00 Hrs.

City Farm has been giving the local community the opportunity to experience farming right in the heart of the city. It offers an opportunity for children and adults to get up close to a range of farmyard animals.
