Villa Pegaso suddently rises under Parco Poggio's tree and overlooks Massa Marittima's centre. Set in a secluded area within Parco di Poggio, Villa Pegaso dominates the historical centre of Massa Marittima from its hilltop setting. It is strategically situated within easy reach of Piazza del Duomo (Cathedral Square), close to a recreation ground, to sport facilities and to the local street market which takes place every Wednesday morning.
The apartments, which are completely attuned to your needs in order to guarantee a nice stay, are finely decorated and furnished in the typical Tuscan style. Are possible apartments from 2 to 6 persons. All of them are equipped with a veranda or a terrace, a kitchen, satellite TV, heating and in the surrounding area our guest can make use of a furnace and a barbecue. The car parking is near the Villa.

Our family, besides Villa Pegaso, manages from years in Massa Marittima the Hotel Il Girifalco that is easy reachable from your apartment both on foot (30 minutes) and in car (5 minutes).
From April to October the Guests of Villa Pegaso will be able to use a series of services near our reception which tourist information, assistance, swimming pool, sauna and fitness equipments free of charge.
During the winter period however it will be guaranteed our assistance 24 hours on 24. On payment will be also possible to have the following services for which it is indispensable the reservation at the moment of the confirmation of the stay:
car rental (estimate upon request);
mountain bike rental (estimate upon request);
tour in bicycle with guide (estimate upon request);
transfer from bus stop to the apartment and viceversa the days of arrival and departure (see in Prices);
reservation bathing establishment in Follonica (estimate upon request).
Several rates for several seasons. Rates for 2 persons start from euro 332,00 weekly to 632,00 weekly, but it is possible also less days (starting from 3 nights).
The rent include: linen (first equipment and weekly change), kitchenware, water, gas, energy, heating (from 01.11 to 30.04)

You will find the sign "Cittą di Massa Marittima", you will follow in direction to the city, you will pass the small village Ghirlanda, and you will find our Hotel at the beginning of the town on the right.
From Livorno: exit Rosignano - SS Aurelia (SS1), exit Follonica est, direction Massa Marittima
From Roma : exit Civitavecchia - SS Aurelia (SS1), exit Scarlino, direction Massa Marittima
When you arrive at the top of the hill in Massa Marittima, do not enter in the Centre, but exit in direction to Siena. You will find on the left the Consorzio Agrario, than, always on the left, a big panoramic parking and than, always on the left (just few metres after the end of the town), our Hotel.

Please send us an e-mail 1-2 days before your arrival if you prefer a different time for chek-in (no problem if the apartment is free the night before your arrival) .
Excursions on foot, mountain bike, horse - through maps or expert guides - will carry you on contact with an uncontaminated atmosphere. Golf fields and horse riding are near Massa Marittima. The Turtles and Stork Center and the Uccellina Park are interesting for the lovers of the nature. The beaches of Follonica, Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia are easy attainable in approximately 30 minutes of car while an efficient service of ferries allows to carry out every day in the charming Island of Elba. The Accesa Lake, only 5 km from Massa Marittima, permit a complete relax in an assolute quiet. Baths in thermal waters are possible near Saturnia, Petriolo and Venturina. Only 5 minutes of car, the hosts of Villa Pegaso will be able to have a bath in the swimming pool of the Albergo Il Girifalco.
