Apartment Lucca is a beautifully furnished and recently restored historic apartment at the 2nd floor in a 3 floors townhouse. Private entrance, living room with a double-bed, fully equipped kichen, double bedroom, private private bathroom and free private parking.

The living room has a dining table and a double bed for other two persons or childrens and fully-equipped kitchen with oven and microwave allow you to cook for yourself.

Located near the ramparts of Lucca downtown within strolling distance of all of Lucca's main attractions, only 1 km from the charming walls of Lucca downtown, there are local shops at few meters to buy local Lucca's products, restaurant and pizza, pastry, and supermarket at 500 meters. our accommodation is near to the motorway for fast excursions in Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Versilia coast, Montecatini terme and other charming places in tuscany.

Term and conditions:
Rates all included from 1 to 4 persons electricity and water costs, bed linens, blankets, set of bed & bath towels, private parking, final cleaning. 

Payment and booking reservations:

At reservation: €100 euro down payment (non-refundable) to be paid by your credit card with PAYPAL paypal.com
At Check-in: At Check-in final payment to be paid cash.
Security deposit At check-in you need to give a security deposit of 50 euro will be returned to you at check-out. (if you request the bikes deposit of €100 each bike)

OPTIONALS: 
Bikes rentals in Lucca
N.2 bikes for rent: 20 euro / day (security deposit of 100 euro each bike) please request the bikes at the booking of apartment. Heating expenses (only winter period) upon request: from 3 to 10 euro/day.
